I have wanted a travel tea tumbler for a while and am glad I held out until I found this one. It kept my tea hot all day! I even left the lid off for a while to let it cool down and by the end of the day it was still hot.

I initially received the product and there was a split on the side of the bamboo. I reached out to customer service who got back to me the next day and sent a new bottle to me from their home office which I received the next week! Everything was so fast and so efficient and very pleased! The product is just like described and very sleek I love the look. Keeps my tea warm and I also can use the tea steamer in regular mugs and just let it sit in there until I"m ready to drink which I love! I definitely recommend and would purchase more things from this company!
