When will my Subscription Box ship?

Your Subscription Box will ship within 7-10 days of receiving payment.**

Pre-orders will ship per the season's shipping schedule below.

Holiday shipping this year cannot be guaranteed by our partner couriers. However, place your orders early by December 9th for delivery by December 25th.

When will I be charged for the Subscription Box?

You are charged for the Subscription Box when you first sign up and then all subsequent seasonal charges will follow our seasonal billing and shipping schedule.

What will I receive in the Subscription Box?

You will receive 6-9 eco gifts that total in retail value of at least $150 and up to $200, guaranteed.

Do you offer vegan or cruelty-free options?

Yes, we offer vegan substitutions for any non-vegan items. Simply select these products you wish to add to your box during the build your box and product selection step.

Do I need a Login to manage my subscriptions?

No, logins are not required for you to manage your subscriptions at I LIVE ECO. You can manage subscriptions via your personal secure link, which is sent to you in every automated email, except for email invitations to customize your box. At this time, we like providing a concierge experience where we manage your subscriptions for you through 1:1 interactions via email or social channels, like Facebook and Instagram.

How do I make selections for the following season if I'm an existing subscriber?

Within 24-72 hours of your scheduled recurring charge, we will send you an email that starts the selection process.

How do I know when my next charge date is?

You can find your next charge date in your personal secure link, where you can view, edit, pause or manage your subscription. Your personal secure link is sent to you in every automated email, except for email invitations to customize your box. Alternatively send us an email or contact us via our social channels to find out more information about your subscription.

Shipping within Canada: 2-10 Days.

Shipping within the continental United States: 7-14 Days.
